Kamal Sarda is a senior strategy and management advisor with nearly 35 years of leadership experience across manufacturing and infrastructure sectors, including over 25 years at Board and CXO levels.
He previously served as Director & CEO (India) of IFGL Refractories Limited, where he led corporate strategy, operational transformation, and growth initiatives including acquisitions and capacity expansion. His leadership was instrumental in driving business optimisation, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening long-term strategic positioning.
Kamal brings deep expertise in board governance, risk oversight, capital allocation, and stakeholder engagement, having participated extensively in board and committee processes for more than two decades. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of India’s largest refractory company, providing strategic oversight and governance leadership.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant and law graduate, Kamal combines financial discipline with strong regulatory and governance insight. He is also a respected industry leader, having served as Chairman of a national industry association, and regularly advises organisations on strategy execution, performance improvement, sustainable growth, and governance strengthening.

Sandeep Sarkar is a seasoned business leader with over 35 years of cross-functional leadership experience spanning finance, corporate governance, strategic planning, supply chain, legal & contracting, and business operations across India and the Middle East.
Between 2018 and 2025, he led and scaled a Dubai-based facilities management company serving luxury properties, successfully driving its diversification into renovation, joinery, and fit-out services. Under his leadership, the business achieved over 200% growth, culminating in a successful shareholder exit through a strategic sale in March 2025.
Earlier, Sandeep built a distinguished 31-year career in senior finance leadership roles with leading organisations including GP Goenka Group, SRF Group (India and Dubai), and Bukhatir Group (UAE). He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Emitac Mobile Solutions LLC, a Bukhatir Group company, where he oversaw finance, supply chain, legal, and shared services functions across operations spanning MEA and Central Asia.
He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate finance, financial strategy, ERP implementation, financial modelling, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and cross-border commercial contracting, along with building strong governance frameworks and high-performing teams.
